(Fremont County, Wyo.) – The Wyoming Indian Chiefs moved into a tie with Lyman in the Southwest 2A standings with a convincing 90 to 48 win over Kemmerer Saturday afternoon at Ethete. The Chiefs improved to 5-2 in the conference and 16-4 overall. Buell Robinson led the way for WIHS with a game-high 29 points.

Adams’ 26 Points Push Pokes Past Spartans, Pokes now with 20 wins

(Laramie, Wyo.) – Junior guard Josh Adams scored a season-high 26 points and three other Cowboys reached double figures to push the University of Wyoming men’s basketball team to a 77-60 win over San Jose State on Saturday afternoon in the Arena-Auditorium. The Cowboys (20-6, 9-4 MW) racked up their 20th win of the season, the fastest reaching the mark since 1951-52, and tied an AA single-season record with their 16th win in the building this season.
