    In loving memory, Phillip Hallam

    Phillip James Hallam passed away October 12th, 2021 at the Wyoming Medical Center. He was 83 years young.

    Phillip was born on the family farm on Squaw Creek to Alvin and Neva (Hennessey) Hallam. He was one of six children, preceded in death by brothers George, Earl, and Ralph Hallam, and sister Evelyn (Hallam) Bunker.

    Phillip stayed in Wyoming for all of his life. He attended school in Lander, and farmed/ ranched in Fremont and Washakie counties.

    In 1965 he married the love of his life, Charlotte. They spent 55 wonderful years together, raising five children. Charlotte passed away last year.

    He enjoyed visiting the family cabins in both Saratoga, Wyoming and Bear Lake, Utah. He was also a fantastic gardener. He was an extremely hard worker, and took great pride in what he accomplished and the beauty he created.

    He enjoyed all animals, hunting, fishing, roses, flowers, family barbecues, flying in planes (being up in the clouds), the ocean, watching Westerns movies, and the Rachel Ray cooking show.

    Phillip is survived by one brother: Francis (Judy) Hallam, Laramie.

    Sons: Louis (Toni) Hallam, Lander, Jim Hallam, Lander, and Bill (partner Tim) Frank-Hallam, Riverton and Daughters: Francine (Scott) Lewis, Hudson, and Shirley (Dan) Schmill, Texas.

    Grandchildren: Crystal (Shawn) Baker, Lander, Cherilyn Robinson, Lander, Kristi Flanders, Logan, UT, Amy Flanders (Sterling Dillard), Summerlin, Nevada, Kelsey (Jon) Marshall, Rawlins, Matthew Hallam (Deneva Taylor) Riverton.

    Great Grandchildren, Riley Michael, Effie, and a new coming soon grandson.

    Survived by other relatives including nieces and nephews.

    Phillip brought much light and love to this world. He will be sorely missed by all. Services will be held at 11am at Hudson City Hall ( 333 S. Main St, Hudson, WY), Saturday, November 6th, 2021. There will be a luncheon following the service.
