(Fremont County, WY) – A black ice advisory has been issued for portions of WY 28 roads on November 8, according to WYDOT.
The advisory has been issued for areas “Between the Fremont/Sublette Cty Line and Atlantic City Rd.”
Conditions in the area are also listed as “slick with fog.”
