Should Wyoming do-away with Daylight Saving Time?

There has been a more constant conversation about Daylight Saving Time and whether or not it should be recognized. Would you want Wyoming to stop utilizing Daylight Saving Time? A good question with the upcoming “Spring Forward” on March 14th.

Some people have a hard time adjusting to the time change and so they want to do away with it all together but in the end having longer days may be missed. Daylight Saving Time allows for better use of the natural daylight for working and other variables. There is a valid argument according to timeanddate.com: Some studies show that DST could lead to fewer road accidents and injuries by supplying more daylight during the hours more people use the roads.

On March 14th, 2021 we will lose an hour of sleep as the Spring edition of Daylight Saving Time unfolds. Remember that it is not until 2 AM on Sunday, March 14 that clocks are turned forward 1 hour making it 3 AM instead. Did you know there are countries that do recognize DST but only with a 30 or 45 minute change? One of them is in Australia.
