Panic buying leaves Eagles hope in need; donations requested

Eagles Hope Transitions, based in Riverton, is a transitional housing facility for homeless individuals in Fremont county who have fallen on hard times. Over the weekend, they posted to their Facebook Page that panic buying related to COVID-19 has left them in a tough spot. Eagles Hope has a very limited budget and is currently working on Phase 1 of re-opening the former Good Samaritan Center, Riverton’s only homeless shelter.

    From their Facebook Page:

Hello friends of Eagles Hope! With the current widespread panic of sickness and limited availability, Eagles Hope is running low on supplies. We kindly ask for any donations including paper products and cleaning supplies. Thank you for your continued support!!”
