  • AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN FREMONT COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND S&L INDUSTRIAL WAS APPROVED FOR THE FREMONT COUNTY 2022 DELINEATOR PROJECT.
  • A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR RESPONSIBILITIES BETWEEN WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY SERVICES, CHILD SUPPORT PROGRAM AND FREMONT COUNTY CLERK OF DISTRICT COURT WAS APPROVED DELINEATING MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES TO RECEIVE AND DISTRIBUTE CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS.
  • THE BOARD APPROVED A CATERING PERMIT FOR BUNK’S BBQ FOR THE LUCID OPTICS EVENT TO BE HELD ON MAY 7 2022.
  • A SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FREMONT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND GREATER WYOMING BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS WAS APPROVED SETTING FORTH TERMS FOR OPERATING THE TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVE.
  • THE 2022 WILDLAND FIRE MANAGEMENT ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN WAS APPROVED.
  • A NELSON ARCHITECTS, LLC PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WAS APPROVED IN THE AMOUNT OF $47,060 FOR THE COURTROOM REMODEL, NEW ADA RESTROOMS AND OFFICES AND JURY ROOM REMODEL PROJECT.
  • THE BOARD APPROVED A COUNTY LICENSE TO THE SHRINE CLUB FOR THE JUNE 22, 2022 CIRCUS PERFORMANCE AT THE FREMONT COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.
  • A STATE OF WYOMING PROMISSORY NOTE IN THE AMOUNT OF $822,511.00 WAS APPROVED TO COVER FUNDING SHORTFALLS CAUSED BY THE TRANSITION TO PAYMENT OF AD VALOREM TAXES UNDER W.S. § 39-13-113(g).
  • RESOLUTION NO. 2022-13 WAS APPROVED SETTING ELECTION DISTRICTS, PRECINCTS AND VOTE CENTERS FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS IN FREMONT COUNTY.
  • ELECTION JUDGES WAGES WERE APPROVED.
  • A 45-DAY COMMENT PERIOD WILL BEGIN FOR PROPOSED PLANNING DEPARTMENT FEE CHANGES.
  • THE DEER VALLEY DRIVE SPUR PETITION TO VACATE WAS ACCEPTED, A VIEWER APPOINTED, AND DATE FOR OBJECTIONS OR CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES SET AT 5:00 P.M. ON JUNE 6, 2022.
  • RESOLUTION NO. 2022-15 WAS APPROVED SETTING ELECTED OFFICIAL SALARIES FOR THE NEXT ELECTED TERM OF OFFICE.
  • THREE COUNTY COMMISSIONER SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS WERE SELECTED AS CHLOE BRAMMER, LAURA DOCKERY AND CONOR CHRISTENSEN WITH ALTERNATES SELECTED AS REECE HINDMAN, BRITNEY EDWARDS AND CIARAH HALL.
