(Fremont County, WY) – The National Weather Service in Riverton has expanded their Red Flag Warning Thursday afternoon to include the Absaroka and Wind River Mountains in the Fremont County vicinity as well as neighboring Natrona County.
The warnings are currently forecast to expire at 8 pm tonight and were put in place due to favorable fire conditions caused by warm temps, gusty winds and low humidity.
