    NEWS REPORT – FREMONT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ MEETING ON MARCH 3, 2020

    1. AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FREMONT COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM, BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF TRUSTEES, AND ROCKY MOUNTAIN BOILER, INC., WAS APPROVED FOR REPLACEMENT OF ONE BOILER AND CONDENSATE SYSTEM AT THE RIVERTON BRANCH.

    2. A WIFI PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WAS APPROVED BETWEEN FREMONT COUNTY AND WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, DIVISION OF HEALTHCARE FINANCING, WYOMING FRONTIER INFORMATION.

    3. AN APPLICATION FOR A 24 HOUR MALT BEVERAGE PERMIT WAS APPROVED FOR THE 1838 RENDEZVOUS ASSOCIATION FOR JULY 1, 2020 THROUGH JULY 5, 2020 AT THE 1838 RENDEZVOUS SITE IN RIVERTON.

    4. AN APPLICATION FOR A 24 HOUR MALT BEVERAGE PERMIT WAS APPROVED FOR LOVEY’S COUNTRY KITCHEN FOR MARCH 17, 2020.

    5. RESOLUTION NO. 2020-07 WAS APPROVED TITLED “VACATION OF A PORTION OF GRANDVIEW LANE #2”.

    6. THE BOARD APPROVED ANNUAL RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSES RENEWALS FOR THE FREMONT COUNTY LICENSE YEAR APRIL 15, 2020 THROUGH APRIL 14, 2021 FOR THE FOLLOWING: 3 SPEAR RANCH, ATLANTIC CITY MERCANTILE, B & K SHORELINE STOP, BOYSEN MARINA & CAMPGROUND, BROOKS LAKE LODGE, CROOKED CREEK GUEST RANCH, KINNEAR STORE, LAVA MOUNTAIN LODGE, LAZY L & B RANCH, LINE SHACK, LOU’S MIDVALE STORE, MINER’S GRUBSTAKE, PMS FIREWORKS & MORE, REZERIDE ROADHOUSE, SPLIT ROCK BAR & CAFÉ AND TRIANGLE C RANCH.

    7. APPROVAL WAS GIVEN FOR THE REPLAT OF MUSTANG MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, LOTS 27, 28, 29 AND 30, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTING OWNERSHIP LINES.

    8. REIDSBORRO SUBDIVISION REPLAT WAS APPROVED THAT WILL TAKE A 30’ WIDE STRIP OF LAND ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 1 AND ADD IT TO LOT 2, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO PUBLIC LAND TO THE EAST FOR LOT 2.

    9. THE COMMISSIONERS ACCEPTED THE PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLICLY DEDICATED ROAD KNOWN AS COLLEGE FARM ROAD NO. 441 PENDING A NEW PUBLIC ROAD AND UTILITY RIGHTS-OF-WAY EASEMENTS THAT WILL PROVIDE AT LEAST THE SAME USE AND BENEFITS AS THE CURRENT COLLEGE FARM ROAD NO. 441.

    10. STEVE BAUMANN WAS SELECTED AS VIEWER IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION TO VACATE A PUBLICLY DEDICATED ROAD KNOWN AS COLLEGE FARM ROAD NO. 441 WITH A DEADLINE FOR THE VIEWER’S REPORT SUBMISSION OF MARCH 10, 2020.

    11. THE AMENDED BUDGET LINE ITEM ADJUSTMENTS POLICY WAS APPROVED.
