All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Just after 1:00 pm yesterday, July 9th, an assault with a knife was reported on the 900 block of South Federal Boulevard.
The Riverton Police Department reported today, July 10th, that the suspect arrested for aggravated assault is 19-year-old Riverton resident Francis Behan “after cutting the victim with a knife.”
“The victim was treated at the hospital with non-life threatening injury,” according to the RPD report.
