Fremont County has a total of 9 student-athletes who made the lists and 1 selected as player of the year (POY).

West: Lander – Dillan Hereford, Bryan St. Clair (POY), Jonas Calvert, and Tisso Guina
3A Girls Basketball All-Conference:
West: Lander – Demi Stauffenberg and Ryan Bell
4A Boys Basketball All-Conference
West: Riverton – Jared Lucas, Aquilo Friday, and Lucas Engle
