Dr. Cheryl Fallin, MD – Pediatrician has been working with Community Health Pediatrics in Riverton and Lander (formerly known as Fremont County Pediatrics) for over a year. We are accepting new patients, offer a sliding fee scale, and accept all insurances including Medicaid/Medicare.
Dr. Fallin graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with her major in Biochemistry and minor in Chemistry. Dr. Fallin attended medical school at the University of Texas – Galveston and completed her residency program in pediatrics at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. Dr. Fallin spent the first six years after her residency practicing pediatrics in various settings from a multispecialty group to a full-time hospitalist.
Dr. Fallin has been living in Lander now for eighteen years. In this time, she has worked as a general practice pediatrician for various clinics across the state. Her favorite part of being a pediatrician is that she loves taking care of kids of all ages. She gets to see the children she has taken care of since they were little, grow up into amazing young adults.

In her spare time, Dr. Fallin loves running sound and media for her church, camping, hiking, snowshoeing, and traveling with her family. She has recently picked up creative writing and is working on a medical thriller novel.
