(Lander, WY) – Lander Valley High School graduate Dillan Hereford has officially signed off to attend and play basketball at Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Hereford, son of Dale and Lillian, is the first one in his family to go to college, and according to Lillian, “It seems like it was just his freshman year!”
“We were very fortunate for this program, and for Coach Mullins,” Dale said of the LVHS basketball program and the boys team head coach Stu Mullins.

Hereford was a 3 year varsity letterman, made all state/all conference his senior year, and is “very excited, grateful, and ready to get started.”
Dillan said that the things he enjoyed most about his time at LVHS were “the fans, his family, winning state, and earning the nickname ‘Dilly Dilly.'”
“I’m really looking forward to making a name for myself,” Hereford stated.
In addition to playing basketball, Hereford will be majoring in Sports and Event Management.
Congratulations Dillan, and good luck at college next year!
