(Lander, WY) – In celebration of Earth Day 2024, which takes place today, April 22, the Lander Running Club did their part over the weekend to beautify their local surroundings.
A “small but mighty” collective of Running Club members and their families took to Lander City Park on Sunday, April 21 and picked up as much trash as they could.
The Lander Running Club has also partnered with Soles4Souls for an Earth Day shoe drive, which has been going on since April 10 and will continue through April 30.
Shoe donations can be dropped off at Wild Iris Mountain Sports, located at 166 Main Street in Lander.
