Lander Rotary Club 4th of July Buffalo BBQ is back with a bang!

The Lander Rotary Club 4th of July Buffalo BBQ will be at City Park in Lander from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Hit up the parade and then head on over for some grub!

Tickets can be purchased early at the Lander Chamber, Mr. D’s, or from a Lander Rotarian. They can be purchased on the parade route and in the park on the day of the event. Adult tickets are $12. Kids (Under 12) are $5.

They will be serving buffalo burgers and brats and all the fixings. Beer will be sold thanks to Fremont Distributing and ice cream sold thanks to the Lander Interact Club. That’s lunch, refreshment, and dessert!

The Low Water String Band will be plucking away entertaining you while you eat. Get out there and dance or simply sit and listen. A great band for a great time!

Lander Rotary Club will be selling raffle tickets (1 for $5 and 5 for $20) for the chance to win the Biggen firework package – an $1800 value of fireworks! The drawing will happen at 1:00 pm and you must be present to win.

The Buffalo BBQ is put on each 4th of July by the Lander Rotary Club. They support local, regional, national, and international service projects each year including:

  • Providing dictionaries to all 3rd-grade students in Fremont County
  • Hosting an international exchange student and facilitate a Lander student participating abroad
  • Supporting local groups including Future Business Leaders of America, History Days, Interact, Project Graduation, RYLA, Special Olympics, Winter Fair, and more
  • Working with the City of Lander to provide support in keeping our parks, facilities, and public areas clean and well cared for
  • Sponsoring the little food pantries around Lander, as well as volunteering at the Good Samaritan Dinner and Food Bank
  • A worldwide partner in the fight against polio
