A two-vehicle crash on WY-789/US-287, between Sweetwater Station and Jeffrey City, closed the road for over two hours the afternoon of October 2nd.
Wyoming Highway Patrol shared with County 10 today, October 5th, only one person in the crash needed to be life-flighted to Casper for non-life-threatening injuries.
Full details of the crash are not yet available, however, WHP shared a passenger car was in the wrong lane of travel and hit an RV. The RV spun and ended up on its side; it caught on fire which spread to the nearby grass as well.
County 10 will share additional updates if more information is released by WHP.
