    High Wind Warning in effect

    (Fremont County, WY) – According to the National Weather Service in Riverton, light snow is expected across the west today as a cold front pushes east.

    It will be windy across the entire area this afternoon, and the NWS Riverton also calls for a High Wind Warning, with wind gusts of 55 to 60 mph, and as high as 75 at higher elevations are possible.

    This warning is in effect from Monday, 2:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

    High temperatures will stick around the lower 40’s to upper 30’s for most of the County, with things a little bit chillier in Dubois, at 27 degrees.

    However the low temperatures will be about the same for most of Fremont County tonight, which are expected to be in the low teens and higher single digits.
