Gusty winds in store for Monday; otherwise mild, mostly sunny conditions

(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that we will have mostly sunny skies today, April 22, but a weak, backdoor cold front will lead to some west/northwest wind gusts up to 30 mph.

Lipson added that those winds will continue into tonight, with gusts up to 40 mph possible.

The National Weather Service in Riverton has also shared that the higher wind gusts and low humidity will bring an elevated fire concern across southern Wyoming, and to expect warm/dry conditions to continue through late this week.
