First “Embracing Aging” virtual health talk rescheduled for February 8

St. John’s Health announces the launch of a series of virtual talks on aging and memory change. Presented by the staff at the award-winning Living Center and the new Sage Living senior community, the “Embracing Aging” series will cover ways to engage, connect with, and soothe loved ones as they age.

The series kicks off on Monday, February 8 at 6 pm with “The Power of Music,” which will provide an intimate look at how music therapy helps residents at the Living Center and how it will be an integral part of Sage Living, the new senior living community in Jackson Hole.

The talk will be presented online by Wyoming’s only board-certified neurologic music therapist specializing in long-term-care, Hilary Camino, MSc, MT-BC. She will be joined by Sage Living’s director of community relations, Beth Furlong, RN, BSN. There will be a Q&A at the end of the 30-minute presentation, including how music can be used to help all families facing memory change.
