    #WyoStrong: Lander Volunteer Fire Department surprises LVHS senior today

    Lander Valley High School senior Gavin Dixon had a surprise visit from the Lander Volunteer Fire Department (LVFD) today, April 25th. Gavin has a longterm goal of becoming a firefighter, and in the fall, he plans to attend CWC on a golf scholarship.

    Not only did LVFD completely surprise Gavin this morning by pulling up in front of his house, but LVFD Chief Bobby Johnston also gave him a bag full of stuff from the department.

    Gavin, his family, and organizer Shawna Prather shared their appreciation for the LVFD for making this happen.
