Snapped: Here a beet, there a beet, every where a sugar beet

(Midvale, Wyo.) – Don Rood was out in the Midvale area this past week and his drone captured these images of the massive piles of sugar beets harvested in the  Midvale-Pavillion-Kinnear areas. The Wyoming Sugar Company’s receiving station collects the beets for later transloading to the sugar refinery in Worland.

The sugar beet harvest ended this past weekend.
