The second reported incident involved Munda strangling the victim to the point where they “saw stars,” and thought death was a possibility.

The third reported incident involved Munda exposing himself to the victim while making sexual advances/contact.

During this third incident, the victim fled the residence and Munda reportedly stated “this wouldn’t be the last time they would be together,” as they left, resulting in the victim never returning to the home and cutting ties with Munda and his then wife.

Munda still faces the eight charges filed in September, linked above, with a jury trial scheduled for May 16th, 2022 (rescheduled from January 18th).

The arraignment dates for the new cases have yet to be scheduled.

The maximum penalty for a child abuse felony charge is 10 years imprisonment.

The maximum penalty for a sexual assault in the second degree felony charge is 20 years imprisonment, no less than two years.

The maximum penalty for a sexual battery misdemeanor charge is a $1,000 fine and one year imprisonment.
