As a major storm brings heavy snow across Wyoming this morning, Fremont County highways are all listed as No Unnecessary Travel as of 5:30 am.
No Unnecessary Travel, according to WYDOT’s website means that the road is open, but travel is not recommended due to hazardous driving conditions.
Highways 20/26 to Casper, 287 South to Muddy Gap, and South Pass are all closed as of now. Keep an eye on the WDOT Travel Info Map for up to date road conditions.
