Our Pet of the Week is Creedence. She is a rescue mix who appears to have some collie and heeler and she’s smart, shy, and loves cheese as a treat.
Creedence came in shaking and scared and has warmed up to staff and is available to foster or adopt!
She was first spotted by animal rescue activists and volunteers running between Hudson and Lander, WY. The Lander Pet Connection operates completely as a nonprofit organization and the city of Lander does not have a city shelter, so volunteers worked with the Pet Connection to catch Creedence and her sibling Axel, vaccinate the pair, and then get them straight to a foster for the five-day stray hold. The two are now in care at the Pet Connection.
