(Fremont County, WY) – According to the National Weather Service in Riverton, Winter is making a return to the region today.
The heaviest snow will fall tonight across the areas under Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings, which most of Fremont County will avoid for the time being.
Areas of Dubois and Lander are projected to get the most snowfall.
Expect high temperatures in the lower to upper 40’s today, with lows in the lower to mid 20’s tonight.
Going into the rest of the week, snow is expected to continue Tuesday, ending Wednesday, but more weather systems will move in later this week and into next weekend, bringing more snow and colder weather.
