Commissioners’ news report from November 24th meeting

  1. THE BOARD APPROVED A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT’S WYOMING PIPELINE CORRIDOR INITIATIVE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT AND PREFERRED ALTERNATIVE.
  2. A LETTER OF SUPPORT TO SENATOR BARRASSO WAS APPROVED REGARDING ADVANCEMENT OF THE WYOMING PUBLIC LANDS INITIATIVE ACT OF 2020.
  3. A BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF WYOMING PLAN CHANGE WAS APPROVED TO TEMPORARILY ALLOW COVERAGE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND SPEECH THERAPY WHEN PROVIDED VIA TELEMEDICINE.
  4. KASSIE HOLDREN WAS RE-APPOINTED TO A FIVE YEAR TERM ON THE FREMONT COUNTY FAIR BOARD.
  5. RESOLUTION NO. 2020-27, FY 2020-2021 BUDGET AMENDMENT NO. 4, WAS APPROVED FOR BUDGET TRANSFERS.
  6. THE BOARD ACCEPTED THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MONETA-LYSITE ROAD SHOULDER WIDENING PROJECT ENGINEER, DOWL LLC, REGARDING THE CONTRACTOR’S REQUIRED CORRECTION OF TWO CATTLE GUARD INSTALLATIONS.
  7. THE NEW RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY FBS-HUDSON LLC D/B/A FRANK’S BUTCHER SHOP WAS APPROVED. Click here to see our full post about Frank’s.
