    Updating patients on day-to-day services

Located in the heart of the Wind River Reservation, Wind River Family & Community Health Care (Wind River Cares) services the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Tribes. Wind River Cares is committed to continuing to provide the best medical services during the COVID19 outbreak. Because of this and wanting to provide exceptional service to our community, Wind River Cares provides regular updates on their services.

    COVID19 Updates
The drive-thru COVID19 testing is now only available at the Arapaho location. Vaccines are provided in all pharmacies, no appointment is needed. Booster shots for the Pfizer vaccine are available for 65 & older, people with underlying health conditions, and essential workers. A booster for Moderna and Johnson/Johnson will hopefully be available in early November. Wind River Cares encourages people to continue to be tested if they think they may have COVID19 or if they have been exposed.

The 12th Street Riverton weekend clinic is available for walk-ins. They are open until 10 pm on Fridays with the Pharmacy open until 11 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, the clinic is open from 1-10 pm with the Pharmacy open from 1-11 pm.
