Be sure to stop by the Summer Market at City Park, Wednesday 5-7pm!

Thank you to Wyoming Community Bank for sponsoring this content.

The Wednesday Market in Riverton City Park is in full swing with 20-30 local producers offering everything you need to stock your fridge, freezer, and pantry!  Think of us as a great first stop on your way to “the grocery”!.  Your food dollars spent at the farmers market STAY in the local economy, circulating throughout other businesses repeatedly, and strengthening our local economy.

Our producers can provide your family meat needs, with local beef burger, steaks and brisket. You can also currently buy fresh, frozen frying chickens, breakfast and italian sausage, and lamb and beef from Doyle Farms. This farm practices regenerative agriculture and never uses “pour ons, wormers or jabs of any kind”!!

Dairy products, both goat and cow, are available from 4 producers, and include raw milk, butter, sour cream, fresh and marinated cheeses, yogurt, keifer, and fresh whipping cream.

Bakers are offering everything from breads, home baked pies and cookies to donuts , cinnamon rolls, and artisan sourdough loaves. Stock your pantry with pickles, jam and jelly, bbq sauce, salad dressing, and more.

Fresh garden produce includes asparagus, mushrooms, lettuces, kale, swiss chard, bok choy, salad and smoothie kits, microgreens, radishes and more. Local raw honey and Wisconsin maple syrup, and homemade ice cream sweeten things up! You never know which producers will have surprises each week but they’re sure fun to find!

Come visit with your friends, or  meet the family for supper at the market!   We have shade trees, picnic tables, grass and play equipment, plus plenty of food and drink for all!   Join us every Wednesday evening from 5-7 at Riverton City Park!

The Market this week is sponsored by Stotz Equiptment .  They will have a wide variety of products, both large and small, to demonstrate and for you to check out!  We deeply appreciate their support and encourage you to stop by and say hi to them!
