Squirts play for championship Sunday; Bantams play late tonight

The Riverton River Rats Squirts (10U) and Bantams (14U) hockey teams continue to hit the ice at their State Tournaments in Cody and Rock Springs this weekend.

In their first game Friday night, Bantams beat Jackson B 11-5. Their next game Saturday morning went into overtime against Gillette Silver – Gillette took the win 7-6. Tonight they play Laramie Green at 9:15 pm.

For the second day in a row, the Squirts beat a Sheridan team. Saturday they won 11-5 against Sheridan Gold. On Friday, they beat Sheridan Blue 9-2. Sunday they play for the championship against Jackson A at 1:15 pm.
