(Riverton, WY) – Heritage Quilts & Fabric Shoppe II recently opened at 318 E. Main Street in Riverton and offers a variety of products, services and classes.
The store is owned and operated by Heather Hossack, who shared she is excited to be here.
The original Heritage Quilts & Fabric Shoppe is located in Pinedale, which was opened by Heather’s mom 23 years ago. She purchased the business from her mom in 2017.
Opening this second location was prompted by Heather’s husband getting a job here, she shared. They have a young son and wanted to be together as much as possible.
Heritage Quilts & Fabric Shoppe II is currently in its soft opening and carries multiple lines of fabric such as In the Beginning, Moda, Windham, and Northcott in a variety of styles ranging from western traditional to modern.
A goal of Heather’s is to have something for everyone, noting not everyone fits into the same little niche.
They will also carry sewing machine and fabric supplies. As well as teach a variety of classes out of the store. In addition to selling sewing machines, they are certified to service them.
Their official grand opening will be the last weekend in February coinciding with the 2022 Wyoming Star Quilt Show.
Current hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm.
