It’s Memorial Day Weekend so bring on the fun! That includes spending some time enjoying all the new movies at Barry Cinemas. This weekend includes 3 exciting new releases with loads of thrills!
The Gem and Grand Theaters are showing the horror sequel, A Quiet Place Part II. It may be silent but it guarantees to keep you on the edge of your seat! This movie stars John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Cillian Murphy.
Following the events at home, the Abbott family now face the terrors of the outside world. Forced to venture into the unknown, they realize the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats lurking beyond the sand path.
Also showing at the Gem is the brand new YA drama, Finding You starring Katherine McNamara, Jedidiah Goodacre, and Vanessa Redgrave.
Finley, a talented aspiring violinist, meets Beckett, a famous young movie star, on the way to her college semester abroad program in a small coastal village in Ireland. An unexpected romance emerges as the heartthrob Beckett leads the uptight Finley on an adventurous reawakening, and she emboldens him to take charge of his future until the pressures of his stardom get in the way.
The Gem is still playing the 2021 film Spiral starring Chris Rock, Samuel L. Jackson, and Morgan David Jones. A criminal mastermind unleashes a twisted form of justice in Spiral, the terrifying new chapter from the book of Saw.
Feeling like a live-action Disney flick? You’re in luck! This weekend at the Gem you can catch the newest from Disney, Cruella, a live-action prequel feature film following a young Cruella de Vil. This movie features Emma Stone as Cruella.
Barry Cinemas has changed its hours and will be closed Monday and Tuesday until further notice. That still leaves plenty of time to catch a great movie on the big screen. Book tickets online and save time and make sure you can pick the perfect seat ahead of time. Just click on the time of the movie you are interested in and it takes you to the “book tickets” screen.
