Kenneth L Martinsen Jr, 66, of Las Vegas, NV died on May 28, 2020. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at the Inn at Lander at 1:00 PM.
Kenny was born August 16, 1953, to Kenneth L Martinsen Sr and Diane A. (Carlson) Martinsen, in St Cloud MN. He lived in Powell, WY in his younger years then moved to Lander, WY in 1959. Kenny attended Lander Valley High School in Lander, WY.
He lived in Billings MT, Denver CO, Eugene OR, Phoenix AR, Charleston SC, Houston TX, and Las Vegas NV. Kenny was a true “Motor Head”, he loved tinkering with automobiles, especially engines. If it was possible for a vehicle to have more power, Kenny was the guy to make it happen.
Kenny has 3 surviving daughters; Heather Julander (Darin) of Brigham City, UT, Angella Hopkins (Josh) of Colorado Springs, Co, Mackenna Martinsen of Charleston, SC., 8 grandchildren, and 2 brothers; Brian (Bree) Martinsen and Greg (Judi) Martinsen. He is preceded in death by his wife Marla Malone-Martinsen and parents.
