Today, October 27th from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm is the Eastern Shoshone general election. Polling locations include Rock Hall in Fort Washakie or Big Wind Hall in Crowheart.
Eastern Shoshone Tribal Health said yesterday, “encourage all coming out to vote for elections tomorrow to wear face masks and practice social distancing and to dress warm. Due to ESTH COVID screenings; we may have to ask people to wait outside as there can be a back up at times waiting to vote. We will ask that all coming in will utilize hand sanitizer as we are screening for symptoms.”
