Trisha Rose started her nursing career 22 years ago while her husband and three small children supported her in her endeavor to become a nurse. Trisha graduated from Central Wyoming College in 1999 and was awarded the patient advocacy certificate for giving patients a voice. Trisha worked in many of Wyoming’s hospitals focusing on medical-surgical units and as a travel nurse.
Trisha was a working mother of three children while attending Walden University where she obtained her Master of Science Degree in Education in 2009 and Master of Science Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014.
Trisha Rose MSN RN FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Trisha has experience in multiple medical settings, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, labor and delivery, skilled nursing, neurology, and pre-op. With clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in pediatric, primary adult, and geriatric care, Trisha has had opportunities to serve patients in all stages of life.
Trisha joins Wind River Family Community Healthcare Center from the Wind River Hotel and Casino. Trisha worked for the past 8 years as the team leader in providing primary health care to approximately 400-500 casino employees of the 789 Casino, Little Wind Casino, and Wind River Casinos.
My passion is holistic care that is guided by traditional and cultural values that encompass compassion, caring, love, and advocacy for the people from past and future generations.
