CWC Cross Country Men Finish Third at Greeno/Dirksen Invitational in Nebraska

Central Wyoming College men’s cross country team placed 3^rd at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational held at Lake Hastings Park in Hastings, Nebraska. Freshman Parker Jones led the Rustlers with a 10^th place finish and a time of 28:48 in the 10K. Brayden Kovick finished 12^th (29:03), Lukas Mathews 19^th (29:52), Jared White31^st (30:30) and Florenzo Bauer 32^nd (30:30).

For the second straight week, the women’s team was led by Paige Flock who finished 26^th with a time of 22:31 in the 5K. Other top CWC runners were Jessilyn Monahan 47^th (24:27), Breanna Beaslin 53^rd (25:03), and Sienna Schuler 63^rd (26:55).

The Rustlers will run against Montana State University-Northern in the Battle of the Borders on Saturday, September 22^nd at Sinks Canyon Center.
