Team Gerber wins the 2014 One Shot Antelope Hunt

(Lander, Wyo.) – This year’s One Shot Antelope Hunt victor is Team Gerber. Bill Raczkowski, Karrson Koivisto, and Seth Jaramus all had successful single shot antelope harvests. The edged out the 3 Amigos (Tom Brennan III, Jim Poore, and Alan M. Ferreira), all of whom also got successful harvests. However, Team Gerber’s combined times was quicker than the 3 Amigos.

City likely won’t waive community center fees for One Shot

(Lander, Wyo.) – The Lander City Council was reluctant on Tuesday evening to grant a request from the One Shot Antelope Hunt to waive Lander Community Center booking fees for the club. As currently set, the cost to reserve the entire building for a day is $750 and the club would need it for at least four days in September.

One Shot to donate $125k to Community Center rebuild; Dick Cheney to be on Wyoming Team

(Lander, Wyo.) – There was big news from the One Shot Antelope Hunt and Governor Matt Mead on Friday. Speaking on KOVE radio’s Coffee Time program in Lander, the governor announced that former Vice President Dick Cheney will be a member of the Wyoming team. The Casper native will make his first appearance at the One Shot, which this year will be held September 21.
