    Wyoming Cowboy Challenge Academy to graduate 35 cadets; 3 are from Fremont County

    Wyoming Cowboy Challenge Academy Class 38 will graduate December 8, at 1 p.m., in the main auditorium of Eastern Wyoming College, located in Torrington, Wyoming.

    The 35 cadets spent the last 5 1/2 months at Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center completing the program’s residential phase. Core components during this period include academics, citizenship, life-coping skills, civic service, health and hygiene, leadership and physical fitness.

    Cadet graduates are from the following Wyoming communities: Casper, Cody, Etna, Glenrock, Jackson, Pavillion, Riverton, Rock Springs, Smoot, and Thermopolis.

    3 of the 35 cadets are from Fremont County. Joseph Chavez and Shane Snyder are from Riverton and Angel Strong is from Pavillion.
