WRTA Winter routes routes begin Monday; new stops in Arapahoe and Pavillion

Wind River Transportation Authority has had a banner year so far, according to Gary Michaud, WRTA Administrator. Ridership was up 65% in July compared to 2018 numbers. With this improvement, WRTA has decided to add stops at Great Plains Hall in Arapahoe and in Pavillion to their 2019-20 Winter Fixed Routes.

If you’re in need of transportation, WRTA is a very affordable option with monthly passes for just $25 and one-way rides for a $1 without the pass. If you’re a commuter in Fremont County, those costs are enormous savings over making the drive – and no more driving in snow!

WRTA makes stops all over the county as far north as Kinnear and Pavillion. You can view the routes at the links below. Make sure you view both listings for the most comprehensive list of routes and stops.
