White Buffalo Recovery Center is operated under a Public Law 93-638 Contract between the Northern Arapaho Tribe and Indian Health Service to provide substance abuse outpatient treatment services to eligible individuals on or near the Wind River Reservation.
Position: Certified Case Manager, Full Time 40 hrs per week
Schedule: General plus some evenings
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist participants in organizing services and supports as an integrated system of care with other agencies.
- Explore and advocate for community based services dependent on the clients’ needs and refer to non-substance abuse services.
- Establishes and maintains quality relationship with agencies, community groups and other resources and refers client to services that may be needed.
- Document all participant contact in narrative form and enter data on the case management system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in human services, addictionology, psychology or related field; or 270 hours of substance abuse training.
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in social work, addictionology, sociology or related field.
- Must be able to be certified as a Certified Addicition Practitioner Assistant (CAPA) or preferred a Certified Addiction Practitioner (CAP) within one year of hire.
Position: Billing specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations regarding billing;
- Translate patient information into alphanumeric medical code.
- Collect, post, and manage patient account payments.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Medical Billing, Business, or related field.
- Must be self-motivated and organized.
- Must have 2 years of continuous sobriety from drugs and/or alcohol.
Position: Clinical Coordinator
Program: White Buffalo Recovery Center
Location: Arapahoe, WY
Salary: $59,176 – $61,235.20
Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Clinical Coordinator are to assist in the day to day operation of the program which include but are not limited to:+-
- Ensuring the highest possible standards of service provision by the treatment staff and to maintain excellent clinical governance in the interests of the clients.
- Quality assurance through quarterly chart review, facilitate peer review and related activities to insure quality of services as well as client satisfaction surveys and follow up.
- Oversees charting and documentation at the necessary and required standards.
- Conducts a monthly review of the status of all clients with clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Licensed Addiction Therapist or equivalent licensure and Masters Degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years experience in providing substance abuse treatment including ASAM Level 2.1 and ASAM Level 1 services, assessment and individual therapy.
- Two years of supervisory experience and a total of 40 hours in specialty supervision training.
