In Fremont County, US 20 goes east and west through Moneta and heads north in Shoshoni.
The Wyoming Military Department shared Governor Mark Gordon and other state officials plan to have an official unveiling of the new highway sign on August 20th at 10 am. The sign will be at the Orin Junction Rest Area.
“Wyoming has always valued and supported the roles of our military. We know well our nation would not be what it is were it not for the valiant service of our men and women in uniform. Wyoming steps up. It is only fitting that we recognize those recipients of the nation’s highest honor, our Congressional Medal of Honor. This highway commemorates their sacrifice.” said Gov. Mark Gordon.
