    #Smiles: St. Stephens boy’s track team wins their first meet since 1961

    A series to share #smiles across our community through the achievements of our local youth, brought to you by Rendezvous Dental.

    “It’s a big deal for this program,” said St. Stephens coach and instructor Billy Brost.

    For the first time since 1961, the St. Stephens boy’s won a track meet.

    On Thursday, April 25th Wyoming Indian High School hosted their Twilight track meet with St. Stephens, Shoshoni, Wind River, Fort Washakie, and Lodge Grass, MT all participating against the Chiefs. St. Stephens claimed the top trophy with 117 points, Shoshoni finished 2nd, and WIHS took third on the boy’s side. The Shoshoni ladies ran away with the team championship scoring 112 total points, Wyoming Indian finished 2nd, and St. Stephens’ ladies took he bronze.
