The state FFA convention wrapped up last weekend in Cheyenne. Students from all across the state participated in contests, educational opportunities, and bonding experiences.
FFA features many different competitions in diverse arenas. From quizbowl to livestock judging, and veterinary science. And when it came to vet science, it didn’t get better than RHS. The Wolverines took the top spot and earned a ticket to the national FFA contest ths October in Indianapolis.
Additionally, the Riverton quizbowl team finished runner-up, the “Conduct of Meetings” team finished 7th, and Livestock Judging took 8th.
We’re also told the Shoshoni FFA crew faired pretty well and will have more details on their efforts shortly!
