Much better weather, same fabulous vendors…experience the Wednesday Market!

A big thank you to our sponsor Wyoming Community Bank for bringing you this content on County 10.

The weather looks much better for the Wednesday Market this week! Even with last week’s rain, 8 hardy vendors came with popular wares.

The big seller was cheesecake from J Wyatt….his chocolate chip cheesecake was wildly popular and sold out quickly. Ernie will have mushrooms again, as well as huge heads of romaine lettuce and fresh sauerkraut. Other vendors are bringing a variety of leaf lettuces, asparagus, and fresh, tender rhubarb, perfect for spring pies. Eggs, pickles, granola, fresh cinnamon rolls, and breads will be in abundant supply.

Our dairy vendors are regulars, producing both cow’s milk and goat milk products. GOLD STANDARD offers fresh cow milk in ½ gal jars, as well as sweet cream, butter, sour cream and yogurt. Two different goat milk producers have a range of products.

Gary’s Burritos make a delicious supper and can be purchased “to go” to take home to feed the family. Or eat on the lawn and enjoy the “open mic” performances of local musicians in the band shell.

Be sure to check out the Wednesday Market this week, starting at 5 pm in the northeast corner of Riverton City Park.
