Christy Jo Kelley of Dubois passed away on July 9th 2018. She was 62 at the time of her death. A funeral service in memory of Christy will be held on Saturday July 28th at the Dubois Cemetery at 10:00am. Celebration of Life will follow at the Dubois Town Park beginning at 12:00pm. Francis Whiteplume, Jr., 38,of Ethete passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Blue Sky Hall at 10:00 AM. An evening service will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Blue Sky Hall at 7:00 PM with a wake to follow at the same location. Interment will be in the
