Ratliff: This week’s Native Education conference matters to everyone

(St. Stephens, Wyo.) – The 9th Annual Native American Education Conference underway this week in Riverton and St. Stephens has drawn 450 participants. One Native leader attending the conference is Scotty Ratliff of Riverton. A member of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe, Ratliff is a former Fremont County State Representative and is currently a member of the Wyoming State Board of Education.
