(Shoshoni, WY) – The Missouri Valley Fire Department out of Shoshoni is in the beginning stages of an effort to introduce its firefighters to the community.
According to the non-profit, volunteer Department’s Facebook page, “We would like to start introducing our firefighters with our Firefighter of the Month. We want the community to learn a little more about the men and women that help the community where needed.”
The first Firefighter of the Month is Cole Horton.
Here’s a little bit about Cole:
“Hello, my name is Cole Horton. I have been on the department for over 5 years and have the qualifications of Firefighter Level 1. I was born and raised here between Riverton and Shoshoni and currently live half mile from there. I work construction throughout the state. For fun I like to hunt, fish and go four wheeling.”
