Many Wyoming spots woke up below zero; Some won’t reach zero degrees

(Wyoming) – An arctic airmass has settled into many of the Northern Plains states and is making things downright cold across Wyoming.

Many Wyoming communities woke up to below zero temperatures, some reaching -20 with wind chills that were much colder. Most spots are expected to remain with below zero temps throughout Friday and into much of the weekend.

A small warm-up is expected early next week as temperatures will return to the 20’s and 30’s.
