    Provides moderate to difficult administrative support to the human resource department for background checks, adjudication and fingerprinting, and control functions for all related data.


    Onboarding component:

    • Creates and prepares employee handbooks for human resource orientation.
    • Emailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes.
    • Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
    • Detailing all new hires’ initial tasks and answering any queries.
    • Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
    • Prepares all required paperwork related to new hires, transfers, non-employed students, interns, and locum tenens.
    • Serves as a liaison from the human resource department to ensure open and effective communication between staff and new employees.
    • Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.

    Training component:

    • Assists supervisors with the education and training needs of patient care and ancillary staff.
    • Assists with professional development and training activities such as new employee orientation, continuing education, and in-service programs to meet healthcare delivery needs and regulatory requirements in an effective and economical manner.
    • Ensures training and education participation databases are developed and maintained.
    • Demonstrates ethical principles in all professional and leadership activities
    • Provide and promote excellence in customer service for both internal and external customers.
    • Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.

    • A high school diploma/GED
    • Associate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Or three (3) years of specialized experience in human resource/personnel management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check under the Indian Child Protection Act and Family Act (P.L.101-630).
    • First Aid/AED/CPR within 60 days of hire
