It was a busy week as Mayoral candidate Gramlich toured and shared his vision

This past week has seen Lander Mayoral candidate Andy Gramlich actively visiting with various groups to better understand Lander’s needs and to share his vision and unique qualifications.

As Chair of the Assisted Living Task Force Gramlich has a personal desire to help bridge a gap in senior housing in Lander. He visited with peers at the Lander Senior Citizens Center to listen to their perspectives and catch up on summer activities.

Thursday evening Gramlich held a “Meet and Greet” at the Middle Fork restaurant to gain further perspectives from voters. Currently, Gramlich reports that he is preparing for the opportunity to share with people in detail what he’s referring to when he shares his passion for “planning for the next 20 years” for Lander. “We need to open a dialogue on the real meaning of economic development,” reports Gramlich.

For now, he’s busy sharing his background in professional management and community involvement.

The Lander Bake Shop provided the backdrop for a Saturday morning session that Gramlich refers to as “catch up” sessions. “I go to community concerts, art shows, soccer matches, swim meets, and a more than a few committee meetings but still find that it’s nice to spend a few minutes just catching up with people around the community,” shared Gramlich.
