Wyoming heads into the contest on Wednesday with a 13-2 overall record and a 2-0 mark in conference play after picking up a 77-67 road win at Nevada on Monday. The Pokes lead the conference in three-point percentage defense at 27 percent, as that number ranks eighth in the nation. The Pokes rank second in the conference in field goal percentage defense at 39 percent. Offensively, the Pokes are adding 9.2 three-point field goals per game, a number that ranks second in the conference.
The Spartans head to Laramie with a 7-8 overall record and a 0-3 mark in conference play under first year head coach Tim Miles.
