Meet Kasey Webb!
I have two beautiful daughters who are 6 and 4 years old, and two pretty cute fur babies. I’ve been a Baileys employee off and on for a combined 2 years.
The thing I love about my job is that it provides flexibility in scheduling so that I can continue to get an education, it also feels a lot less like work when you adore your coworkers. When I’m not working or studying you can find me camping, fishing, or curled up at home with my boyfriend, children, dogs and an excellent book. My top three life highlights include the days my children were born, the day I graduated AIT in the Army and the day I decided to go back to school.
The greatest piece of advice I would give to any new hire is, just work hard, be on time, and be responsible.
As a single mom I recognized that I needed to be able to provide a stable stream of income for my kids as well as a stable schedule. I decided to go back to school to be a psychiatric nurse practitioner, it hasn’t been an easy road juggling family, work and school. However, I’m happy to say that all of my hard work paid off with a 4.0 gpa this last semester. My advice to any other moms trying to pursue a career and keep it all together is, recognize that you can’t do everything for everyone and learn to say no sometimes. Be forgiving if you drop the ball occasionally and just believe that you can do it.
